Chili Dogs con Truffle Ketchup Dressing

Ingredients

  • Pepper: 1
  • Cipolla: qb
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Oil: as needed
  • Minced meat: 200gr
  • Tomato puree 150g
  • 100g precooked beans
  • Fine salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Chili pepper: to taste
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 panini per hot dog

TRUFFLE KETCHUP DRESSING: Plenty of it!

Procedure

For the chili: In a nonstick pan, drizzle a little oil with the chili pepper, garlic, onion, and chopped bell pepper and cook for about 10 minutes, adding broth if necessary. Add the crumbled meat and tomato, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and making sure it doesn’t dry out too much. After 30 minutes, add the beans and simmer for another 10 minutes over medium-low heat.

Meanwhile, grill the sausages and heat the bread.

Once cooked, pour the chili onto the warm bread, arrange the sausage on top, and cover with more chili. Finish with a generous dollop of TRUFFLE KETCHUP DRESSING for a special taste!
