Marinated Black Olives “Marchigiana style”(or Olive all’ Marchigiana ) are traditional Italian olives from the Marche region, featuring a simple yet flavourful cure with fine salt, wild fennel, garlic, and sometimes a hint of smashed chili pepper, often using Leccino olives. The Marchigian recipe olive, which we produce, reproposes the ancient and tasty recipe of the Marche tradition, just like once upon a time in houses. Olives of Leccino variety are chosen by size and colour from traditional cultivations with an accurate and expert process. They’re brined in barrels and rotated for natural maturation, offering a Savory, slightly aromatic taste perfect for appetizers with cheese, meats, or as a side dish with fish and grilled vegetables.

  • Olive Type: Often uses local Leccino olives.
  • Curing Agents: Fine salt, wild fennel (finocchio selvatico), garlic cloves, and occasionally crushed chili pepper (pepperoncino).
