At our factory, these olives are grilled and then blended with spices prepared according to our world-renowned chef Tekin’s recipe before entering the packaging process to reach you. During this process, they are packaged in specially designed glass bottled packages to preserve the naturalness and flavor of the product. With this packaging, our sun-dried tomatoes maintain their freshness for a long time and provide you with ease of use.
Our product can be included in your diet menus. The olives become even more delicious when marinated in oil. Besides being ready to eat, this product has a rich aroma of thyme and garlic. After eating the olives, you can also use the oil in salads and pasta dishes. It’s a perfect flavor enhancer for pasta, salads, soups, and sauces. Produced fand harvested in the summer in the İzmir and Manisa regions, sun-dried for 5-6 days
